Now that the civil works on Stage 4 are sufficiently progressed to allow us to walk safely on the fully formed roads, we are excited to be able to offer guided walking site tours of Stage 4 on Sunday mornings. This is the only day our civil contractor doesn’t work, which enables us to safely bring the public on site while it’s quiet.
Commencing this Sunday, 10 April at 10:00am – 12:00pm, the tours will run through April and May or until the weather puts a stop to us.
We are working to finalise the plans and pricing of lots in 4A, 4B and 4D, which we will publish on our website soon. This will give buyers time to come for a site tour, peruse these documents at leisure, and have all those important discussions about lot choices ahead of the Stage 4 sales launch in May. There will be lots more information about this process to come, so keep an eye on your inbox and on our website.
