In Stage 4, we have just 7 large titled ‘Family’ lots still available for reservation in Cluster 4A and Cluster 4B, three with spectacular views of our southern dam and the tall trees beyond.

In our fifth and final residential stage, we have just 5 Cottage (medium) and 4 Family (large) titled lots available in Clusters 5A and 5B. 

If it’s short stay investment lots you’re after, you’ve missed the boat in 3C! However there are 4 lots available in 4D overlooking the water of the central dam and four lots within Cluster 5B, which get the best of both worlds (short stay use PLUS the benefit of the community garden). Short Stays in 5C and 5D Garden lots will come onto the market soon. 

Fantastic business opportunities exist with our Commercial lots in the ‘Village Centre’ zoning.

Watch our Ecovillage Film 2.0

Our beautiful Ecovillage film was originally published in late September 2021 and got a comprehensive update in September 2023 with new footage and audio. It has been fantastically well received with positive feedback coming in from all over the world now that the Witchcliffe Ecovillage can be “seen” by a global audience. It’s the best way to get to know the project in depth and we recommend you make a cuppa, sit down and prepare to be inspired.

Village Homes Realty (VHR) is a boutique real estate agency specialising in the sale of sustainable homes and land in the Witchcliffe Ecovillage. 

Village Homes Realty Pty Ltd is a separate company from Sustainable Settlements Pty Ltd (the co-developer of the Ecovillage).
