Ecovillage sales office holiday shutdown
The Ecovillage Team is looking forward to a break this holiday season and will close the Sales Office for a month on Friday, 17 December 2021 at 5:00pm and reopen at 9:00am on Monday, 17 January 2022. While our office phone will be unattended, voice messages and emails will be monitored periodically.
Except for public holidays, Wormall Civil will be working on Stages 4 and 5 civil construction throughout this period. The construction zone extends south from the central dam and includes the entire southern portion of the Ecovillage site. This area is strictly out of bounds to the general public and is clearly marked with No Entry and safety signage.
Self-guided tour aids for Ecovillage visitors
To help visitors navigate around Stages 1-3 of the Ecovillage while the Sales Team takes a break over the holiday period, we have installed new signage in Wolghine Square and on the corner of one of the commercial lots just inside the main entry to the Ecovillage.
The signs have a large Master Plan with a YOU ARE HERE pin to locate you, as well as current residential cluster plans 3A, 3B and 3C (Short Stay lots). Each cluster map also includes a QR code that visitors can scan with their mobile device to open an up-to-date sales map on our website, which shows current available lots indicated by green dots.
Please remain on public roads and pathways at all times, do not enter private lots, building sites or Ecovillage Commons land, and please respect the privacy of our new residents. There are security cameras throughout the Ecovillage while building works are under way.
If you prefer to hold a plan in your hand as you drive or walk around Stages 1-3 and Wolghine Square, you can pick up paper copies when you visit the Ecovillage Sales Office at 10437 Bussell Highway. We have mounted another large Ecovillage Master Plan on the exterior wall of the office along with a bank of brochure holders for all our current plans, including the agricultural and commercial lots. You’re welcome to take copies with you.
The Ecovillage Sales Office sits within the civil construction area of Stage 4 and activity has begun to encroach on the office surrounds, which is protected by temporary fencing. Please be mindful of safety signage and stay clear of the fenced construction zone.
Stages 4-5 are under the management of Wormall Civil and access to all areas south of the central dam is strictly prohibited to all unauthorised personnel.
