Step 1:

Our website has a wealth of detailed information about every facet of the Ecovillage with essential reading on our Document Library including:

- Lot inclusions and Groupie eligibility requirements
- AMR Shire Planning documents
Step 2:
REGISTER FOR A GROUP site tour or DIY
If you’d like to gain a deeper understanding of the Ecovillage and get a feel for the site, check our Events Calendar for the next scheduled site tour and email us to register.
You are also welcome to drive around the public roads and walk the pathways of Stages 1-3 (including Wolghine Square) yourself.
Step 3:
RESERVE YOUR LOT, then get reading
If you have further questions, email us on [email protected] to arrange a sales meeting or just call us for a chat.
If you’re interested to reserve a lot, we recommend you first seek finance pre-approval (if you need it) as it expedites the process for both buyer and seller. Once you’re ready to reserve your lot, we’ll send you a private link to our sales contract pack, which includes the strata by-laws and sales contract for you to read.
Step 4:
complete the docusign sales contract
When you’ve read through all the sales contract documentation and are ready to proceed, we’ll send you the contract via Docusign, which you need to sign and submit digitally.
You will receive a copy of the completed signed contract at the end of the process.
At this stage you should also engage a settlement agent to act on your behalf.
STEP 5:
make a $5,000 deposit to secure your lot
Our settlement agent (Vicki Philipoff Settlements) will provide you with information to enable you to securely transfer your $5,000 deposit into their trust account to secure your Ecovillage lot.
You will receive email confirmation of receipt of your deposit.
STEP 6:
SETTLEMENT OF YOUR LOT
The time until settlement depends on the terms of your contract (finance condition or a cash offer). Settlement typically occurs 21 days after the offer is unconditional.
Your settlement agent will guide you in this process.
