Lot pricing in late January 2020

We understand that lot pricing is a critical piece in the decision-making process for prospective buyers. However, we are unable to confirm lot pricing until we have finalised our civil construction tender process. Invitations to tender for civil construction of stages 1, 2 and 3 were sent out in early December and we are expecting tender pricing back at the end of the year. We expect to be able to confirm pricing for Family, Cottage and Groupie lots in Stage 1 in late January 2020. We will publish the price lists on our website, social media and through our newsletter, The Village Collective.
