Last lots selling in stage 4 and 5!
As we wind up a busy year of sales tours and presentations, we are delighted to have welcomed 47 new owners to the Ecovillage in 2024! We now have just 10 Family lots for sale in Stage 4 and 5, and only 6 Stage 5 Cottage lots left. Once these are gone, there will be no more chances to buy in on the ground level (from the developer) to build your dream sustainable home in a community garden cluster in the Ecovillage.
All of our discounted Groupie lot offerings are long gone, but if they suited the scope of your budget (as your home or for affordable rental investment property), please stay in touch, as we are working hard to bring some additional affordable, small-scale Ecovillage land offerings in stages 3E & 4E to the market in the future, hopefully with a house and land package option.
And at the other end of the scale, if a large lot is more your style, we will be releasing our Cluster 5D Garden lots next year as well. These have been designed with space and storage in mind, for bigger homes, multi generational families, home businesses, large sheds, caravan and boat storage, and so on.
We have sold more lots in the Ecovillage over the last four years (257) than any other residential development in the Margaret River region. In fact we have sold more than most of them put together! Which is a testament to how much people value and want to live in a truly sustainable and community oriented village!
As our residential offerings become fewer, we will start to focus on the Ecovillage short stay, commercial and Village Square lots next year. With a projected 170 households to be in residence by the end of 2025, and with the whole village of Witchcliffe growing, these commercial opportunities now represent great buying. We have lots that have been specifically sized and located for a childcare centre, medical centre and associated pharmacy, tavern, backpackers, mixed use developments, creative business hub, cafes, bulk food store, and dedicated tourism cottages.
We’re also going to bring our 30Ha farm, which abuts the north-eastern boundary of the Ecovillage to the market in February. It’s a stunning property with a beautiful creek that provides a reliable and excellent water supply, good soils and a beautiful home site. All of this makes it a unique property, especially given it’s proximity to the Witchcliffe town centre and our Village Square, both of which are a short stroll via pedestrian access through the ecovillage.
