Developed by an overseas investor, designed by EcoNests, built by Tallwood, and managed by an Ecovillage resident, these stunning, fully-electric, solar-powered homes overlooking the Ecovillage middle dam are truly “eco” and provide a unique way to holiday in our beautiful region, knowing that your footprint is light and your stay will be comfortable, no matter the weather!

It’s just a short stroll from Cluster 4D across the park to the Witchcliffe village for coffee at Witchy Brews, lunch at Yardbyrd or Witchy Pies, dinner at Dear Darnell’s, or experience a wine tasting at Amato Vino. Continue on to the iconic Flying Wardrobe and Lime Beach Reloved for eclectic vintage finds, funky co-op shopping at Marmalade, or if you time it right, you can visit the monthly Farmer’s Market at the Druid’s Hall. Further afield, Redgate Beach is just a short drive west for a swim or surf, there are world class local wineries like Leeuwin Estate and Voyager just nearby, and there’s the bustling town of Margaret River for all your shopping needs.
If you are wondering what our “short stay cottage” clusters are all about, read on! Unlike conventional Residential lots, these lots are zoned to have an additional use of holiday home accommodation, and can be used variously as permanent residential homes, private holiday homes, or income producing short stay accommodation—or a combination of all 3!
All of our small Cluster 3C short stay lots to the north of the Ecovillage are now sold, but we have several short stay cottage lots available in stage 4 and 5 of the Ecovillage, with various sizes and locations.
