Kyloring Housing Co-operative will be developing the aged and independent living site, centrally located within Witchcliffe Ecovillage. This over 55s community is affordable, not-for-profit and provides the opportunity for future residents to be involved in the development process, including the design.
The project is promoted by Co-operation Housing, the umbrella group for housing co-operatives in Western Australia. Information sessions are held on several dates in August, September and October. The project will officially kick-off with a weekend workshop on 16 and 17 October. The participatory design process commences in late November.
